DELIVERY AND RETURNS

LOCAL:

  • Local delivery is done via a 3rd party courier and the rates vary from BBD $17- $35. These rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Delivery is available from the next business day.

  • Cut off time for orders that require delivery is 7pm. This means that any order placed, for example, on a Tuesday night after 7pm, will NOT be scheduled for delivery until the Thursday.

  • Same day pick up is available at the spa during the business hours of 9 am and 7 pm, on business days. We are closed on Saturdays.

  • Orders must be collected within 5 days of ordering and online payment. We will not hold products past this time. Your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.    

  • Failure to pay for delivery after placing and confirming an order, will result in us discontinuing our business with you.

  •  ALL PRODUCT PRICES ON THE WEBSITE ARE IN BARBADOS DOLLARS!​

RETURNS

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Due to the nature of the current pandemic, we will NOT be accepting International returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please carefully check all your details BEFORE placing your order.

EXCHANGES

LOCAL :

  • In the event that you have received an incorrect item, you can request an exchange. To be eligible, exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. The item MUST be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging with the seal intact! We will NOT honour returns or exchanges if the seals have been broken and the product has been used.
