What's the difference between The Skin Oasis and Zen Body Essentials product lines?Both product lines are formulated to be beneficial for all skin types, however, Zen Body Essentials is great for beginners who are looking to establish a regular skincare routine, while The Skin Oasis is more advanced and geared towards repairing and strengthening the skin barrier. The Skin Oasis line is better for you if you: - have dry and/or mature skin - have a damaged skin barrier from over-exfoliating, harsh cleansers etc. - work in ac and need more hydrating products. Zen Body Essentials is better for you if you: - have oily, acne-prone skin - are new to a skincare routine - prefer lightweight products that absorb quickly

I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?In the event that you have received an incorrect item, you can request an exchange. To be eligible, exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. The item MUST be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with the seal intact! We will NOT honor exchanges if the seals have been broken, and the product has been used.

Do you do returns?No, we don't. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. Please carefully check all your details before placing your order.

Do you offer delivery?Yes, we do! Islandwide delivery is done via a 3rd party courier, and the rates vary from BBD $17- $35. These rates are subject to change without notice. Delivery is available from the next business day. Cut off time for orders that require delivery is 6pm. This means that any order placed, for example, on a Tuesday night after 6pm, will NOT be scheduled for delivery until the Thursday. Failure to pay for delivery after placing and confirming an order, will result in us discontinuing our business with you!

Can I collect my order myself?Yes, you can! Same day pick up is available at the spa during the hours of 9 am and 7 pm, on business days. We are closed on Saturdays. Orders must be collected within 3 days of ordering and online payment. We will not hold products past this time. Your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.
